Add useful contracts for Safe Multisig #28

Since v1.8.0 the Safe is supporting ERC-721 tokens. It's expected that we'll also support ERC-1155 tokens as well.

It would be helpful to have those ABIs that the Safe supports listed under this package.

Currently, we're using OpenZeppelin ABIs: https://github.com/gnosis/safe-react/blob/master/package.json#L49
