Please add an option to reload database and invalidate browser cache on web and api

Hello,

I'm using shiori 1.5.5 on every device and enjoy it, but I host it on all of my android devices and my Linux desktop (three instances) and sync the shiori directory using syncthing. Everything seems to be fine when I'm only using the CLI interface, but when I'm using the web interface or the api (through page keeper), I can't see the changes I made with device A on device B. When I'm using the CLI to print my bookmarks it works. Could you add an option to invalidate browser cache and reload the database when using the web interface or the API?
