Sipariş oluşturma ve struct yapısına UserID eklenmeli ve User ID validasyonu sağlanmalı.

Şu anki UserID validasyonu gelen sayının 7'ye bölümü sıfır olarak olmalıdır. örneğin 14, 21, 28 girerse userID'ye işlem yapılmalı ama 7'ye bölümünden kalan 0 değilse böyle bir kullanıcı bulunamadı demesi gerekmektedir
