Tested versions

4.3 stable
Not tested with others versions.

System information

Godot v4.3.stable - Windows 10.0.26100 - Vulkan (Forward+) - dedicated NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3080 Ti (NVIDIA; 32.0.15.7242) - AMD Ryzen 9 3950X 16-Core Processor (32 Threads)

Issue description

I've got weird 2D artifact since I've updated my driver to version 572.47 - WHQL from 20 feb. 2025 (last version installed was 560.94 - WHQL from august 2024).

This is an example of the artifacts with the help button. If I draw a grid into a 2D surface it become clearer:

Steps to reproduce

  • Uninstall nvidia drivers
  • Install nvidia driver v572.47 and using it with a 3080 ti
  • Shutdown (hard reboot)

Minimal reproduction project (MRP)

Not needed since artifacts are visible from the editor.

EDIT:
It works properly with version 560.94

Update: I've tested with the older version (560.94) and there is no artifacts, so it seems to be really linked to this newer driver version. I will test with others drivers to find which version makes it buggy.
