I am encountering an application error message when trying to access the web-based toolkit at dbo-toolkit-app.azurewebsites.net. This is my first attempt to use the application, and I am unsure if I am missing any steps or configuring something incorrectly.

Could you please assist in diagnosing this issue? Please find the snap below for error.
