As we discussed in https://github.com/google/globalfoundries-pdk-libs-gf180mcu_fd_pv/pull/3/files#r1091371500 it would be nice to limit the scope of user facing log messages to the top level main function and convey result of lower level function thru structured return value (exception, boolean, tuple, dedicated types).
