Add Support for Kubernetes native service routing via Gateway API v1

Add support for a Kubernetes native service routing instead of sidecar usage.

Gateway API seems to have support for a UDP Route. It would be interesting to have support in Quilkin for north/south traffic using these Resource Definitions.

Thank you for your issue! This is definitely something we should support, however as far as I know UDPRoute is still experimental even though Gateway API is approaching general release. This also something where it would be helpful if there were some examples of how you'd expect this to look like to give us a better starting point.
