Issue: Job ban applied from goonhub doesn't show on player's info

Applied a job ban (AI and cyborg) to a playerd from goonhub, it does show up on the "job bans" list, and it also shows up in-game, but it doesnt appear on the player's page Job Ban History tab or notes.

Adding to above: banning from Syndicate via Goonhub didn't actually ban the player from antagonist roles.
