Information

Currently, the enduser has to reload or re-input form data for every request
Would be nice if user didn't have to add input if they don't want to change the form

Deliverables

Add meaningful ids to form inputs
Add javascript to save form data to localStorage
Add javascript to watch for changes on id of form input
