Quickly checked on stackoverflow.com and it seems it's possible to do so in Javascript, there is hope! |

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
When reading older comics often large margins make the panels smaller on the screen.
Describe the solution you'd like
An option in the web reader settings to toggle on margin cropping. Edge detection could be employed to work out where the margins end and crop them from view.
Describe alternatives you've considered or other apps that can do what you want
This feature exists in some other comic reading applications, e.g. Chunky Reader for iPad.
Additional context
Here’s a page from an old x-men comic with and without margin cropping.
