Uk data duplicated looks like two different sources

WHen you look at the United Kingdom vaccination data, specifically the "People_at_least_one_dose" metric, there are two values for each date (so two observations per date) and then when plotting those they appear to come from two separate sources. This behaviour is unexpected and hard to understand as per its origin.

I am downloading the csv file at this location: "https://raw.githubusercontent.com/govex/COVID-19/master/data_tables/vaccine_data/global_data/time_series_covid19_vaccine_global.csv"

What could be the reason, could it be looked into please?
