Create bucket?

Does it make sense to have a method for creating a S3 bucket? Considering we have method for listing...

I think it would, especially if that's a need of yours. I don't anticipate any difficulties in implementing the feature.

We probably won't have the capacity to do that in the upcoming weeks, so please feel free to go ahead and implement it in a Pull Request if you do, that would be most welcome 🙇🏻 👍🏻

Regarding Hacktoberfest, I've heard the name before, but I'm not familiar with the event. I've added a 'hacktoberfest' label to the project, my understanding is that it fits your need, let me know if there's any other steps involved, and I'll look into it 🤓
