What would you like Teleport to do?

Label the Request Reason. Currently the text is printed but not specified this was the request reason in the UI.

What problem does this solve?

Provides context this is the request from the user. In some cases this can be very cryptic text such as a servicenow id and could look like Teleport output, not from the requester.
