Covered stream aqueducts look like road bridges

They render white instead of light blue. There's probably not many of them, but other narrow waterways may be affected too.

Looks like the example above is a tagging error, but I guess that this behaviour isn't intended so I'll keep the issue open for now...

I am tempted to classify it as "not worth effort to fix it". Especially as this rendering is not horrible and we can pretend that it was intentional...

This seems to be a bug introduced in #2594 by moving the water line styling before the bridge styling for minor waterways.
