Ramps SMART for Due

Hi, I make some modifications to get Ramps Smart work on Arduino Due with Ramps 1.6 map.h as base file
There was some differences between these two Ramps versions, biggest was that COOLANT_FLOOD_PIN was going to THERM0 circuit on Ramps Smart so I made it go another pin which was free in arduino and ramps

Heres file with more info in comments, what you suggest to do with these new pin orders? Im thinking to put COOLANT_FLOOD_PIN into one of those Mosfet power outputs as well Spindle power

Sorry for responding late to this... I'll add this board map as an option in the next commit.

I have no hard opinions on this, use what works?

I see from the wiki that some of the board revisions have an EEPROM available, I have added some commented out lines in the map file that can be uncommented to enable use of it.
