Control servo driver registers via gcode or system commands

Hi all,

I think that it can be useful to control spindle servo driver registers via gcode or system commands. The example use case - increase rigidity by PID parameters before thread cutting, and restore them afterwards. Working always on max rigidity is not good, because may lead to noise and vibrations.
