Enclosure state

I'm excited to be new to this maker community after getting my Bambu Labs X1 Carbon for Christmas '24. Naturally my first instinct after unpacking and powering it on was to see how it integrates with Home Assistant. This integration is amazing and full of great data. I fully understand the problem is likely between the chair and the keyboard.
Using my Bambu login, I configured the integration to be local, but my "Enclosure Door" Diagnistics never reports anything other than "Closed".
After completing the set-up of the integration, out of an abundance of caution, I modified my account to incorporate 2FA. I installed and formatted the SD card and thought, "I should probably delete and reconfigure the integration". Got everything set up and noticed, after the fact, in the GitHub docs that the 2FA may cause some issues. The Enclosure Door state information is still inaccurate.
I decided to turn 2FA back off, delete and re-install the integration but still inaccurate Enclosure Door state information.
I've pressed the "Force Refresh Data", dumped and looked over the logs but cannot find any reference to the Enclosure data in the json.
My Home Assistant instance is
Core: 2025.1.1
Supervisor: 2024.12.3
Operating System: 14.1
I'm running this on the HA Yellow.

My questions, after that long context

1. What should I investigate to get the Enclosure Door state corrected?
