Add ability to trigger hotkeys through obs-cmd, this would allow access to functionality not in obws rust protocol.

For example dynamically screenshotting output is not possible, only screenshotting a predefined source.

This also allows triggering of hotkeys set up via scripts.

Hotkeys have funny names, they are not as they are display in the OBS hotkeys window, e.g. Screenshot Output is 'OBSBasic.Screenshot'

This is fixed by #72
