Sometimes it just hangs for hours

I do not know wether it is griptape or Ollama or Lama 3.2 vision, but every now and then it just hangs and you can wait for hours, it is not really hung up, but you do not see anything happen untill suddenly boom it works like nothing was wrong, Why not just start again? I sometimes do but I just noticed that it can and will move on just on it's own terms which is weird.
