Label debug source locations aren't calculated correctly for \r\n #33

For files that use \r\n as their new line (Windows), the label location doesn't align correctly with where the label is supposed to be.

I'm not 100% sure this is observable on Windows, but loading an ASM file written in Windows into macOS LC3Tools does not properly locate the labels.
