mu-dev-register page (as a mentor) has no warning message for user for drop down-issue

Describe your issue

when trying to register as a mentor ,the register page ask for mandatory fields and after that clicking on submit will not submit the form .There is no warning for user to select from drop down

Steps to reproduce

1.Launch browser
2.Enter URL"https://dev-app-mulearn.vercel.app/register/about"
3.Enter the details in the mandatory fields and submit

What was the expected result?

should be able to submit the form with mandatory field or else a warning a warning meassage should be highlighted even for dropdown
Actual: not able to submit form with the mandatory field alone
