Update the install remotely

So, today I had to redo one of my cameras because of an accidental firmware update. I guess I had not been keeping up with what was happening here, but there are some new things since I last installed this on my cameras. I looked around and I am not finding an answer to this. Is there a way to update the files on the SD card without having to pull out the card from the camera?

It's a bit unclear what you mean by update the files on the SD card.

1. you can update the version wz_mini running (assuming your version isn't rather old) by running /opt/wz_mini/bin/upgrade-run.sh
2. you cannot use the firmware downgrade functionality without pulling the card because there's no provision for having that run only once. You could probably put the file on using scp but then it would just keep reinstalling on every reboot.

Okay, I guess I was running an old version of the stuff on one of my cameras. The upgrade-run.sh is not there. I guess I am climbing a ladder.

How do you run the upgrade-run.sh? Through ssh? When I try, it says

Yes, you have to run in from ssh. I did have an old enough version installed that the update was not working so I had to rebuild the cameras to add this into them.
