64 gb or larger card use? wyze minihacks for v2 cannot find specified network name

I can easily flash with my compiled firmware and a 8gb sdcards and it works as it should but I cannot get a 64gb high endurance card to work. The camera boots with the new card and flashes yellow and blue requiring me to go through the process to rejoin the wifi network and then it states cannot find the specified network name and I cannot get it to reflash.

My process
1)flash with 8gb card and set up the camera (all works)
2) copy all of the files on the 8gb card over to a 64gb card that is formatted fat32 on easesus partition manager
3) doesn't rejoin the network yellow and blue flashes
4) attempt process for joining the wifi network get error where camera states "cannot find specified network name"

can somebody correct my process or say that you can do this ....I have a bad cold and I think I am spinning my wheels here

Answering my own question. This was a formatting problem.
Not working : Easeus partition manager( fat32 default settings)
