Chore: Github actions for a push to the repository

As a developer,
Whenever I push a commit to the repository acceptance tests need to be run

A/C :

Create github workflow when a PR is created with master branch
This includes rules for creating PR Example : heading formatting

@mailprak We may need to mock the server or start the server in the actions before running the tests. Is that scope covered as a part of this?

a. Create a Github actions to trigger acceptance tests.
b. Use the tests folder/code in the repository for the test.
