Precisamos instalar uma biblioteca como a utilizada nesse blog (https://medium.com/@srmq/cooperative-multitasking-on-the-esp8266-arduino-665a040457c8) .

O objetivo é conseguir ter uma "thread" do ESP rodando o polling no telegram, enquanto outra fica ouvindo os comandos de teclado.
