Dear FUSION producers,
When I run "FUSION.compute_weights.R", some of the genes report the error: "genes_tmp.lasso LASSO output did not exist" or "genes_tmp.cv.LASSO.lasso LASSO output did not exist" when performing 10 fold cross-validation. Strangely, this error sometimes disappears when rerunning the script. If this issue is entirely random, I'm uncertain about how to prevent it, especially when computing weights for thousands of genes in array jobs. Could you please help me address and fix this issue? BTW, I used plink 1.9 to handle the --lasso flag.
Thank you very much!
