Monitor and Report Changes to Content within Bucket

As a content manager, I would like to monitor SCRC Digital Collection Storage (scrc-digcol1) for changes in content. Types of changes that should be monitored and reported include: content additions, modifications, and removal.

Given an S3 Inventory is generated weekly for the scrc-digcol1 bucket as an Apache Parquet file. When a new inventory is generated compare the newest Parquet file to the previous week's Parquet file. Then create a summary of the comparison to provide an overview of additions, modifications, and removals. Then the summary report should be distributed to relevant stakeholders and retained.
