New Lynda app

I think Lynda has a new app, and I can't find the local data folder anymore.
It used to be under user/the user im using/ AppData/ Lynda.com.
Now I tried it on a different computer and the lynda app looks different and i cant find this folder.

Does anyone know where it's currently saving the files and if the tool still works?

You can't see it in settings? You can configure/see it there afaik.

In the old lynda app (which i have on one computer) you certainly can. In the new one there's no such option. the download settings is changed.. it looks like this:

I just opened mine few days back and it looks okay. Will check later when I get home. That UI looks like its for windows store though.

I believe it will still look the same unless you'll uninstall and reinstall (which is not recommended considering they might figured out that there's a hack to download the files)

Yea, just checked and it the same. I'm not sure if it does change when uninstalling but everytime you run if it kinda auto updates right.

found mine in C:\Users<username>\AppData\Local\Packages\lynda.com.lynda.com_0dmhem0sv94sr\LocalState\offline\162570 this is from the windows store app

Thanks jack-murray! I found it there. Although now the decryptor is not working on that folder. Did you get it to work?

Well It's not working for me even in the old version:
