html widget - inButtons always return false #131

Hi,

I wanted to see if I could add a button to add code tag for my new content-type .

I saw there were lines related to that :
https://github.com/h5p/h5p-editor-php-library/blob/master/scripts/h5peditor-html.js#L117

However, the inButtons always return false because H5PIntegration.editor is always undefined.

I don't know if this is volountary.
