  1. Look at Active Donations on the Admin Page
  2. Click on a donation request
  3. Scroll down and click the "Approve and Schedule" button or select "Approved and Scheduled" from the Donation Status Menu

Clicking the "Approve and Schedule" button from the Donation Info Tab of a Donation Request will mark the request as "Approved and Scheduled" without giving you the option to select a time to actually schedule the event or scheduling the event.

The button should be renamed "Schedule Pick Up" and bring you to the "Scheduling" Tab of the Donation Approval process. The "Approved and Scheduled" drop down menu option from the Donation Status drop down menu should direct you to the "Scheduling" Tab once it is selected. Once you are on the "Scheduling" Tab, the button should be renamed to Approve and Schedule. After checking that a time has been selected to schedule the event, and a volunteer has been assigned, you should be able to schedule the event
