Create POI Card for List View

Description
The Point of Interest (List-View) component will consist of a list of the POI card displayed in the POI List View page. This component will be used to display all the different POI in the tour and display ones progress throughout the entire tour overall.

Acceptance Criteria
The Point of Interest (List-View) Component must Display:

• List with placeholder for the POI Cards (Scrollable)
• Top bar with progress
• Side bar with progress

For further reference please refer to the current Lo-Fi designs which can be found in the dev Notion. Don't worry about adding fetch functions to fetch data from the database yet.

Steps:

• Create the Point of Interest (List-View) component in the src/components Folder
• Reference the Lo-fi designs and the criteria above to build the basic components functionality
