Update the Mini Calendar Component for Recurring Event

Description
Update the frontend of the mini calendar component to handle the eventual implementation of recurring events. The data should be saved in local variables but not yet used in the backend.

Acceptance Criteria
The updated component has the following

• Days of the week to repeat, multiselect
• Repeat until/End date
• Date becomes Start Date

Kazerouni pointed out that the google calendar api might be google place to look for implementing recurring events since calendars are a solved cs problem and trying to implement it on our own might be harder than we think.
