Add endpoints for project

Must be able to

• get all projects (GET) Get all projects #18
• create a project (POST) Allow users to create a project  #9
• edit a project (PUT) and add/ change pictures (storing them properly in the database) Allow users to edit a project #10 & Add and change pictures for a given project #13
• soft delete i.e. archive the project and make it read only Allow users to soft delete/ archive  #19
• hard delete (DELETE) i.e. remove the project from database Allow users to delete a project  #11
• get a specific project based on uuid Get a specific project #14
• get all projects for a specific contact (their uuid) Get all projects for a specific contact #15
• get all project with the specified project type Get all projects with the specified type #17
