        <h1>Demetrios Zoppos</h1>
        <p>Prior to founding onefinestay in 2009, Demetrios was founding CEO of GradFutures, a web community site. Previously he was co-founder, Operations Director and Managing Director of GF‑X, the leading trading exchange for airfreight capacity, which raised £50m, and was acquired by Descartes.</p><p>Demetrios was a consultant at McKinsey &amp; Co. where he specialised in e-commerce, and was an associate at the World Bank. He has an MA with first class honours in Economics from Robinson College, Cambridge, and an MPA from Harvard Kennedy School, where he was a Fulbright Scholar.</p>
        <p>Demetrios will take the stage at The Insights Conference to analyse his views on the <b>innovation cycles that technology-enabled companies go through</b>, going over historical and current examples of how industries have been disrupted through these waves of technology innovation and adoption.</p>

        <h1>Henry Erskine Crum</h1>
        <p>Henry is an entrepreneur that loves working at the intersection between product, customer development and business development. Currently building Listora with a great team based in London.</p>
        <p>Also co-founder of Event.ly - helping event organisers successfully market their events, and Spoonfed - making sure that the people of London discover and experience awesome events.</p>
        <p>Henry will take the stage at The Insights Conference to talk about <b>curiocity, the importance of asking why and how they use metrics to run Listora.</b></p>

        <h1>Andrei Boghiu</h1>
        <p>Andrei has a background in Computer Science and specialises in product and user experience. He founded 2 companies and has been involved in others as software developer, team leader, project and product manager.</p>
        <p>Currently, he is a product manager at Prezi, a Hungarian startup with more than 20 million users, where he works as part of cross-functional, agile teams to improve specific areas of the product and assess opportunities for growth.</p>
        <p>Andrei will take the stage at The Insights Conference to discuss a topic close to heart – <b>are ideas the be-all and end-all? How important is execution? How about failures?</b> He will draw conclusions from his own startup adventures hoping to convince you to take the leap of faith as well!</p>

        <h1>Costas Sisamos</h1>
        <p>Costas founded Engino, a Cyprus-based innovation company, in 2004. He received R&amp;D funding from Research Promotion Foundation and Business Incubators and launched the first Engino sets in 2007. Since then, the product has been awarded many local and international awards. He was also nominated as "Man of the year" in 2009 and won the BEST PRACTICE SME award by the European commission.</p>
        <p>The company now sells to more than 15 countries and is scheduled to launch soon a new robotic toy system moving up to high tech products.</p>
        <p>Costas will take the stage at The Insights Conference to discuss <b>the story of Engino, from its first conception to commercialisation in Cyprus.</b></p>
      </div>

        <h1>Emilios Markou</h1>
        <p>Emilios is the co-founder and Executive Director of Hellas Direct. Prior to Hellas Direct, Emilios was a Director in the European Financial Institutions Structuring team at Barclays Capital. Before that, he was an Executive Director at the Goldman Sachs Investment Banking Division where he led a number of projects within the firm’s European insurance practice.</p>
        <p>Emilios graduated with a BSc(Hons) in Computer Science from the University of Manchester, an MSc in Actuarial Science from City University and an MSc in Finance from London Business School. Emilios is a Fellow of the Institute of Actuaries (FIA) in the United Kingdom and an Endeavor Global Entrepreneur.</p>
        <p>Emilios will take the stage at The Insights Conference along with Alexis, his co-founder at Hellas Direct, to walk you through <b>their story, successes and failures in setting up Hellas Direct in the middle of the Greek crisis. They will then link this with practical tips on you can think about new businesses that make sense in an economic downturn.</b></p>

        <h1>Simos Kittiris</h1>
        <p>Simos is an entrepreneur with a passion for all things tech. He has co-founded PeoplePerHour and has served as CTO for the past 6 years, helping to make it one of the top online services marketplaces globally today. Prior to PeoplePerHour, Simos had a successful career as a management consultant with Accenture where he worked on a wide variety of projects.<p><p>Earlier in his career Simos has held a number of positions in software development for the biggest global travel reservations system, Amadeus, with a particular focus on very high-volume card processing systems.</p><p>Simos holds an MEng with first-class honours from the University of Cambridge.</p>
        <p>Simos will take the stage at The Insights Conference to discuss a <b>topic relevant to every new technology startup.         <h1>Nikos Moraitakis</h1>
        <p>Nikos is an entrepreneur and private investor with a proven track record in product marketing and international business development. He is the CEO of Workable, a technology startup he co-founded that aims to re-invent hiring for enterprises.</p><p>Previously, in the role of VP Business Development at Upstream, he played a key role in the company's growth from startup into one of the world’s top marketing technology companies, where he was actively involved in enterprise sales across 40 countries in 4 continents.</p>
        <p>Nikos will take the stage at The Insights Conference to talk to you about what <b>he learned in the process of building a software company for a global market, starting from an unlikely place.</b> He will tell you about the mistakes, the little victories, the obstacles and opportunities, from the perspective of someone who spent the last 8 years selling technology "made in Athens" to 40+ countries all over the world. </p>

        <h1>Alexis Pantazis</h1>

        <p>Andy graduated from Oxford University where he was the VP of Oxford Entrepreneurs. He then founded GroupSpaces, one of the leading startups in the London tech scene and raised capital from Index Ventures. On the side, he grew his app Selective Tweets to 1 million users. All this by the age of 26. He is now an integral part in Stripe's mission to reinvent online payments.</p>
        <p>Andy will take the stage at The Insights Conference and talk about <b>"How not to drown in startup advice"</b> – a topic absolutely vital to any Cypriot entrepreneur. The startup world is full of "advice" – blogs, tweets, speakers etc – which ends up being more confusing than clarifying. Andy uses his 8 years in startups to explore how to sensibly navigate this information and draw useful, tangible conclusions to drive yourself forward.</p>

    <p>Insights will be held in three state-of-the-art conference rooms at Hilton Park in Nicosia. Two of the rooms will be reserved for talks and one will be appropriately modified to accustom our workshops. The venue can host more than 250 attendees with plenty of space for networking and a nice buffet lunch.</p>
