Currently all root servers share the same subnet. This was done on purpose to allow the testing of tools between root servers. There is a concern that the user is not aware of this and accidentally starts a service on 0.0.0.0 which would then be accessible from another root server (via the network).
Could make this optionally and decidable by the user: and isolate a container with call to RPC or with SetEnv..
