- Data should be normalized for comparison
- Have default comparisons based on initial selection? (E.G. if one neighborhood council is selected the appropriate city council district could be at top of list as a suggestion)
- Comparison Tool should allow comparison between any combination of City Council and Neighborhood Council Districts
- Map button on splash page is not immediately apparent
- The toggle needs to be able to be clicked on any part and have it switch
- Scroll bars must be present wherever scrolling is possible. Allow use of arrow keys on keyboard as well as mouse scrolling
- Navigation Tabs must always be present and be clearly designated as such
Is there any association between traffic data and 311 data? E.G. Areas of High Truck Traffic, Accidents, or Air Pollution?
