Overview

We need a roadmap for the PM CoP so that we know what we want to achieve for the next 6 months and can have metrics to track implementation

Action Items

  • Meet with team to discuss objectives and plan for the roadmap
  • Find issues related to roadmap (recurring and non-recurring)
    • Book club
    • Interview prep
    • Others
  • consolidate a summary of the issues below into a document grouping things into related areas like potential activities, career development etc.
  • State Objectives for PM CoP
  • Conduct research on motivations/desires for PMs
    • Review UI/UX CoP ReadMe for exit survey
    • Review previous surveys
    • Determine questions to be asked and questions already answered
    • Create research plan
  • Utilise research findings for roadmap development
