Same issue. Thought it was because I am behind a proxy although http/https working fine

The mirror is offline since February 1st, I've made a pull request with corrected mirrors, you can check the lines to change here in the meantime => https://github.com/haithembelhaj/oh-my-cygwin/pull/16/files
