What is the format/contents of the snp_map_file for SPrediXcan? I can't seem to find documentation anywhere. I was able to figure out through error messages that it includes the columns: rsid , panel_variant_i, effect_allele, non_effect_allele, panel_variant_a0, panel_variant_a1, swap. What is the swap column? Is this True/False, or a value?
