Description:
ARIA tooltip elements in the Mayo chart do not have accessible names. Add an aria-label or aria-labelledby attribute to make them accessible to screen readers.

Acceptance Criteria:

  • ARIA tooltips in Mayo chart have accessible names.
  • Tooltips are accessible to screen readers.
