Generator of the file used to simulate Migdal Signal as in arxiv:2009.05939. Original file from http://www-sk.icrr.u-tokyo.ac.jp/~kiseki_s/share/migdal.zip How to execute:

1. Enter into folder: cd '/folder/to/me4NEXT'
2. Compile the source file using g++: g++ -o name-you-want-to-give generate_HEPEvt.cxx
3. Run the program: ./name-you-want-to-give
