[BUG] Remove default provider on account cmdb generate #344

Current Behaviour

When creating an account cmdb using hamlet generate account-cmdb the provider is defaulted to aws.

Expected Behaviour

This should be a user selection option to show that we support more than just aws.

Possible Solution

Remove the aws default option and make it an option instead.

Steps to Reproduce

run hamlet generate account-cmdb without any parameters
