gpu offset apparently doesn't work on erista.

set gpu Volt Offset to -100mv, at least in sys-clk there is no change in voltage compared to stock,
the files and loader.kip are those from the last commit.

I didn't put GPU vmin patch yet into OCS, so gpu voltage cannot go below:
Mariko - 610mV
Erista - 812.5mV

I confirm that it is working at higher GPU clocks. The possibility of undervolt at clocks like @460mhz would be very interesting.
