You should not save the combed file without any prompt, if user does not want the result, user can't undo any thing.

What kind of workflow do you recommend?
It is possible to cssComb a complete folder and maybe you want to browse the changes and then return single files.
Should there be a warning before cssComb some files that the process can't be revoked?

If there is any error in combed file, then you will lost uncombed one.
