Installing

1. Download the latest version of MRI. You're looking for an MRI-*.oxt extension package (file).
2. Install into OpenOffice or LibreOffice using the Extension Manager:

• From the main menu click Tools->Extension Manager.
• Then click add and open the downloaded MRI *.oxt file.
• Read and accept the License Agreement. Tip you must scroll down through it before Accept will appear at the bottom.
• Close the extension manager.
• Close and Restart OpenOffice or LibreOffice.

If you using the quick starter, stop it once.

If you do not have Python-UNO bridge installation, you see the following error. You need to install it.

"ImplementationRegistration::registerImplementation() 
- The service com.sun.star.loader.Python cannot be instantiated"

If you get the error shown below, you have an problem in your office installation.

Updating

If you want to upgrade MRI, install the new one using the Extension Manager, from Menu->Tools->Extension Manager.

Removing

Remove the package using the Extension Manager, from Menu->Tools->Extension Manager.
