How is the module Data.Char.Combining generated? #35

It seems that the module Data.Char.Combining is generated by some script.

If so, could you add it to the repo to allow review and improvement? Maybe under a new tools/ directory?

It was more a collection of scripts and copy-pasting. But I will try to wrap it up in a small script. That's indeed a good idea!
