The list of countries who doesn't have a list of state or city:

Aland Islands
American Samoa
Anguilla
Antarctica
Aruba
Bouvet Island
British Indian Ocean Territory
Cayman Islands
Christmas Island
Cocos (Keeling) Islands
Cook Islands

and some others, can you update the data list please?

in countries-states-cities-database has the data, but in this repository doens't

missing
philippines > benguet > baguio

only has 'little baguio' which is different
