Describe the feature
Currently, hitting something with an spell/attack/heal just carries out the operation and displays a damage number if necessary. This feels lame.

Add:

  • Sound effects on hit (depending on spell magic type?)
  • Small particle effect on hit (depending on spell magic type?)

Why is it fun
Obvious feedback when you deal damage is nice. It should feel particularly good if you deal damage to multiple enemies at once.

Below is from a much older build of red nightmare. See the explosion effect on the right, which happened when two magic balls collided.
