Hi @ Akshu006, please elaborate on your question, what are you trying to convey through opening this issue may be try sending the error logs you are getting? As far as I understand, you are facing a problem in connecting to a psql db in pgAdmin is it?
If so, make sure your database is up and running, if you are new to pgAdmin some online tutorials may help resolve your concern.
