reproduction

http://knesset.gov.il/Odata/ParliamentInfo.svc/KNS_DocumentCommitteeSession?$skiptoken=187000L
look for id KNS_DocumentCommitteeSession(187001L)
try to get the details for this id - http://knesset.gov.il/Odata/ParliamentInfo.svc/KNS_DocumentCommitteeSession(187001L)

expected

a single entry for id KNS_DocumentCommitteeSession(187001L)
should be able to get the details from the ID

actual

two entries with the same id - KNS_DocumentCommitteeSession(187001L)
getting error when trying to fetch this ID
